It was stupid really stupid. Kenzie was new to the area and Andrew gave her his phone number just in case of emergencies. He was hoping secretly she'd end up drunk and texting him wanting company but since she was also new to the area he figured better safe than sorry. She worked at the local hospital she lived a couple houses away from the Cody's. It was a couple hours before her shift and she was home in her apartment she had ordered pizza and the delivery guy just creeped her out. She paced around her kitchen for a second before texting Andrew that she felt uneasy and if he'd come over. Andrew had just gotten out of the shower. He was drying off when his phone went off it was her. She saw that he had read the text but not answered her. She wasn't even hungry for her pizza anymore it sat on the counter as she continued to pace her skin felt like it was crawling from how the guy had looked at her. She just about jumped out of her skin when someone knocked on the door. She stood frozen was it the pizza guy. She was rooted to the spot sweat pooling on her palms and the back of her neck when a voice rang out.
