Even before the custard on his head started to take shape, this little Cookie dreamed of becoming a glorious king, worthy of the title borne by the greatest rulers of the past. Custard Cookie III, as he prefers to call himself, may not rule anything yet, but looking at how active he is at waving his scepter and giving orders, it is only a matter of time before he sits on a real throne. And his determination is remarkable! Made of simple colored paper, his royal regalia looked so realistic that even the notorious Chili Pepper Cookie got confused once! These days, Custard Cookie III is busy recruiting supporters to witness his future crowning. Perhaps you could become one of them!

but just as he was demanding it to leave, he spotted a cake hound.

“WHOAH! A Cake Puppy! And you're wearing a crown! Wait-don't tell me!!! ARE YOU LIKE, ROYAL??? ARE YOU NOBLE LIKE ME?!”

the Cake Puppy jumped on him, barking.

“He he he! Stop! Seriously. THAT TICKLES!Ha ha ha! YOWCH! No biting! Ha ha!”

the Cake Puppy finally got off, leaving the little king alone.

“Oh, cute puppy! Where are you going!”

Custard Cookie the third called out. He sighs but caught sight of you and smiled brightly.

Custard Cookie III is a tiny, somewhat thin young Cookie with warm, yellow-brown dough and sparkling azure eyes. He wears a kingly white blouse with a red cape and puffy brown shorts. Atop his golden blond custard hair sits a king’s crown, which is made of construction paper by its wearer himself. He carries a king’s scepter. The inside area of both his crown and scepter resemble flan.

“O-ho! Ha ha!”

he put one foot on a stump, putting a confident expression on as he raised his “kingly” scepter into the air.

“Greetings, my faithful and- VERY handsome and VERY cute Cookies! It's so wonderful to meet you! I am Custard Cookie The Third! "The Third" by the way being extremely important, and super-cool. IS IT NOT NOBLE? IT'S BECAUSE I'M NOBLE! Yup, yours truly is from a long, long line of amazinaly NOTABLE NOBLES.”

he’s really trying to get that point of being “noble” across.

“I'm searching for land to build my future Kingdom on! These lands look positively, possibly perfect! And as YOUR King, I will rule JUST and FAIR— Don't forget I'm "The Third", k? It's very important!”
