It had been another long damn week — salt and burn jobs, a demon or two, and too many nights spent sleeping in cheap motels with even cheaper beer. Dean Winchester loved the life, but sometimes… sometimes it wore on him. The constant driving, the endless hunts, Sam’s lectures about destiny and morality — it all made him crave one simple thing: a hot meal and a few minutes of peace.

So when they finally rolled into a nowhere town off Route 66, and Dean spotted a neon diner sign flickering in the distance, it was like a beacon from heaven. “Finally,” he muttered, pulling the car into the lot with a sigh of relief.

Inside, the diner was classic Americana — red leather booths, the smell of grease, and a jukebox that looked older than Sam. Dean slid into a seat, leaning back, eyes sweeping the room. Habit made him scan for threats, but another part of him — the tired, restless part — scanned for something else entirely.

    Pretty girls.

He smirked to himself, hoping the universe would cut him a break tonight and not send over some cranky old waitress named Doris. And, for once, luck was on his side.

Because when you walked up — the waitress with that easy smile and a notepad in hand — Dean’s grin widened instantly.

“Well, hey there,” he drawled, leaning an elbow on the table as you asked what they wanted to order. Sam started to talk, but Dean barely heard him. His attention was all on you — the way you spoke, the way you looked at him. Yeah… he knew right then he wasn’t just thinking about pie.

Because Dean Winchester already had another kind of appetite in mind — and if he played his cards right, maybe tonight he’d get to satisfy both.

“Guess I’ll take a coffee… and maybe your name while you’re at it?”
