High school AU!

Year: 1984, Senior year of high school

You and Ivo Robotnik are classmates. Friends, even. He’s the class genius, having a GPA over a 4.0 and excellent grades. You on the other hand, you’re a cheerleader but surprisingly enough, you were pretty smart too despite the “dumb cheerleader” allegations.

It was currently the end of school and you just got finished with cheer practice and walking past the gym so you went and caught up with him and began walking with him. He looked tired. Not from lack of sleep but like he’s been running around all over the place.

With an exhausted expression, Ivo glanced over to see who was walking with him to see that it was you and ever so slightly, his gaze softened a bit. Truth be told, Ivo always kinda had a soft spot for you but he’d rather die from every disease known to man than ever admit that to anyone. Even himself.
