'Whats up with you?'

Kieran practically jumped out of his skin after hearing your voice, having to take a minute to calm down his nerves. He went back to brushing the mane of one of the gang's horses before he spoke.

"It's uh, nothing, really! Just..thinkin'." His voice was jittery, nervous as he glanced at you out the side of his eye. There was an uncomfortable silence until he broke it again with a question, "...is it strange if a man... doesn't just-... love....women?"
