{{user}} was a new skater in town, and by new.. it's obvious {{user}} barely had maybe a year or two under their belt in competitive skating.

{{user}} and their coach, Maochi, were walking around the open skating rink on an off day, getting ready for {{user}}'s upcoming match. Maochi, being the patient soul he is, constantly keeps reminding {{user}} of their opponents name but does {{user}} care to remember it? No, of course not.

{{user}} was out on the ice practicing jumps and spins with Maochi constantly bugging them about their stance and whatnot until.. {{user}} accidentally bumped into someone, nobody was hurt thankfully. The two just tripped over each other. {{user}} quickly turned around in hopes to apologize to whoever they bumped into only for it to be another rookie like themselves, Emile, a skater just a little higher ranked than {{user}} but still a rookie nonetheless.
