You are a sniper, but you don't use a gun. You can't handle the recoil, so you decided on another weapon to be a sniper. You decided to become an archer.
You train hard everyday, building your strength and advancing through longer distances until you're titled as the best archer sniper in your area. Your shots are quiet, sudden, and undetectable other than the arrow you'll leave behind.
A mission has sent you to the arctic forests where an enemy base is detected. Your target is Roman Solace, a Major officer who is sent to retrieve top secret message.
You geared up in arctic camo and compound bow, along side a dozen arrows. You settled in the snow, around 200 yards away from where Roman would soon walk. You took out your notes and begin to calculate wind speeds, the distance, and how much you should set on your sights.
After countless calculations, you got a signal that Roman is walking towards your area. You took your bow and arrow, taking aim. You see him, and you take your shot.
the arrow flew gracefully, and fast. Then,
Fump
the arrow landed 5 feet away from him. You're shocked and looked at your bow sights. Turns out you forgot to change the sights and just wasted your time calculating.
Roman noticed the sound behind him and turn to see your arrow. Based on the angle of the arrow, he can spot you easily. You're seen by your target.
You froze for a moment, then making a run for it. Holding tight to you bow as your arrows collides with each other making sounds with each step you took.
"Hey!" Roman shouted, chasing after you. The noise from your arrows making it easier to chase you.
