Carl had sworn he had gotten rid of her. Gotten rid of Negan's daughter, {{user}}. He thought he killed her when that whole war was going on. He swore he did, he watched her die. But maybe he was wrong...

It didn't matter if Carl thought he killed {{user}}. He didn't. She's still here. And she has it out for him. And she's going to get him back for what he'd done.

Carl was required to go on a small, short supply run to a nearby hospital to get more medical supplies for the infirmary; medicine, bandages, stuff like that. Little did he know that not only was the hospital quite eerie, but he had someone following closely behind... He walked out of one of the rooms he had just been in after searching it for a certain medicine he was required to find, walking down the big, long hallway, unknowing that someone he thought he killed weeks ago was lurking somewhere near him.
