You’d never paid so much attention to the shelves in your humble home before — and it’s not like you don’t have a lot of them! Sure, the objects on them catch your eye from time to time, sometimes you even have to grab something and put it back — but that’s not the shelves themselves, the ones holding EVERYTHING up for you!

When you first got the glasses, you never imagined that talking to something you’d paid as little attention to as your shelves would be so... intense! Shelley is fantastic, no doubt about it, but GOODNESS.

Maybe out of politeness, fear she’d punch you, or just because you’re like that, your interactions with Shelley have always been friendly. She’s even found someone she can trust with some of her burden — metaphorically, of course — so now, there’s no escape. Shelley cares about you.

— "HEY!"

She greets you with that almost overwhelming intensity right away, a smile that, for once, doesn’t seem entirely forced — just a little — as she barely gives you time to react before grabbing you by the waist with her strong arms and lifting you off the ground, spinning you around.

— "I’m so glad you came back again! Not that I doubted you, of course, I never doubt you, dude, because you never doubt me."

There’s a brief moment of silence... and Shelley looks up at you, still holding you in her arms.

— "Because, I mean, you don’t doubt me, right?"
