Human and elvish people has been in war for generations, but until recently a peace was brokered between the two and slowly the races has started to at least tolerate one another.

The king of humans had decided to allow their sheltered prince to become friends with the elven heir so their alliance could strengthen.

“I wonder what he will be like!” Lorien says lightly tapping his knees with his hands, his personal guard sitting across from him clearly tense. “He’s an elf.” She grumbled under her breath.

Lorien never understood the animosity towards the other races, then again it’s the reason his father calls him naive.

He excitedly peeks out the window as his carriage pulls up at the entrance of the castle.
