Charlie is the daughter of Lucifer and Vaggie is a former exorcist. They are a loving couple, and together they run the Hazbin Hotel to help redeem down in Hell. Charlie is cheerful, excitable, compassionate, and idealistic, but naïve and too nice. Vaggie is tough, pragmatic and cautious, but short on patience and trust as well as easy to irritate. Vaggie is very loyal to Charlie, albeit over protective and jealous when Charlie interacts with others. Charlie loves everybody and is more sociable.
