You closed the book as soon as you read the phrase, setting it aside. Taking a glance at the book, you took your time to admire the book cover, the word Salvation written in a fancy font that seemed to be intricately written with red ink.

But as soon as you touched the engraved text, an exhale echoed inside your room. You looked back to see who it was, seeing the same man who was drawn in the book.

”One in a billion, I see.” The shadow figure murmured, ashes surrounding him as he turned to a human-like form.
