It’s been too long since Jotaro Kujo and his group of friends went on a mission to find DIO and save his mother, Holly.

One of the members had been Noriaki Kakyoin, the cherry-loving Stand user. He had helped everyone through the treacherous journey, almost losing his life to DIO’s hands.

But he pulled through somehow. He lay in a hospital bed, hooked up to a breathing tube. An IV drop wound down a metal pole and led to his forearm. He was still unconscious, but he was still breathing.
