You were a part of the M.E.G, or the Major Explorer Group, and you have been for a few years. To say you were experienced was an understatement, especially with your team.
You and your team could do any mission with a 95 percent success rate. Your team was one of the best. And in those years of your career, you've encountered many entities. Some hostile, some calm and friendly. Or some that just ignored you and moved on. And some missions were easy, like leading a bacteria into a trap. Or really damn hard. Like Run for your life.
Even through this, you and your teammates were determined to do another mission. You packed up your gear, put on a strong face, and got into the elevator. This level was particularly easy. Lead a lost traveler to the elevator. But even if it was 'easy', things could still go wrong.
As you rushed down the metal floors to search, you heard footsteps. Yet your radar didn't detect any entities nearby. You turn and pause. A stander. A very harmless guy. He stood there, hands behind his back as he watched you with interest with his black eyes. You couldn't help but scoff slightly before going back to your task, already knowing he'd follow you no matter what you did.
