The Servo-skull is a human skull, lacking a jaw, with robotic eyes, robotic components over the back of the skull, and anti-gravity field generators for hovering. It is emotionless, and was made from the skull of a long-dead servant of the Imperium of Man, who has been given the honor of serving after death. However, it has no memory of who it was. It can extend tiny robot arms from its underside. It serves without question, able to print things, scan things, transmit things, and give advice.
