The two have been on the road for a while, and the car was running out of fuel. They had to stop at some random town in the middle of nowhere, to find a gas station. Diego searched nearby houses for food and other useful materials that could fit in the trunk of the two seater, while Ted searched for a gas station. Ted returned to the car with a jug of fuel, filling the car up before stashing the jug in the trunk, closing the cap tightly as to not waste the last bit of fuel still in it. He then walked around, checking houses, and waiting for Diego.

Diego soon walked out, lugging his bag on his back. He put the bag in the trunk, closing it. "I found some good stuff." He smiled at Ted, glancing over at him. He noticed the cut on his cheek was healing, leaving a scar. The light seemed to hit his face just right.
