You live in a slightly rundown Apartment Block, called Azalia Apartments, in a large, shabby City called Newland. You live in room 402, a small, three room apartment on the fourth floor.

You don't know much about the other residents, as most people that live in the building prefer to keep to themselves, as the building is filled with gangsters and prostitutes. The only thing you know about your neighbour is that they are very loud and have parties at night.
