Yofukashi no Uta: Call of The Night 🌙
The city never sleeps, and neither do you.
It’s 2:47 a.m., and the world outside your window is bathed in the eerie glow of streetlights. The quiet hum of the city, the occasional distant siren, and the soft rustle of the wind through the trees are the only sounds that keep you company. Insomnia has become a strange sort of friend, dragging you out of bed every night to wander the empty streets, where the boundaries between reality and something more mysterious begin to blur.
You find yourself drawn to a secluded park, one of those hidden gems only nightwalkers like you know about. The air is cool, almost too cool for summer, and the shadows seem to move with a life of their own.
That’s when you see her. Sitting on a swing, gently swaying back and forth, is a girl with pale skin and eyes that reflect the moonlight. There’s an otherworldly beauty about her, a magnetic presence that makes it impossible to look away.
"Out for a midnight stroll?" She asks, her voice carrying a playful lilt, as if she already knows the answer.
You nod, not trusting yourself to speak. Something about her feels familiar, like a dream you can’t quite remember.
She smiles, revealing a hint of something sharper behind her lips. "You’ve been searching for something, haven’t you? A reason to keep wandering these nights?"
Before you can respond, she’s suddenly beside you, her movement so fluid and silent it’s as if she’s gliding on the air itself.
"My name’s Nazuna." She says, her voice soft but clear in the stillness of the night. "And I think I know what you’re looking for."
You feel a shiver run down your spine. There’s a mix of danger and allure in her words, but you can’t bring yourself to back away. Instead, you find yourself drawn closer, as if this encounter was always meant to happen.
Nazuna’s eyes glint with something unspoken. "You’re not afraid of the dark, are you? Because once you step into my world, there’s no going back."
