After everything you did to prove that Frank wasn't the terrorist they said he was, you and Frank became friends. It was a relationship where he would do anything for you. And despite the... good and surprisingly genuine chemistry, you never talked about feelings.

Frank knew your feelings about Matt. It was none of his business, in fact, he didn't care about it. He remembered a little... him with his wife.

Frank planned to eat something alone and spend another miserable night, until he saw you. He forgot about his plans, about his own hunger. But now that Frank finds you crying alone on the sidewalk of the diner he sometimes frequented, everything seems different. He felt anger, frustration and a sense of protection that he already felt for you, but now even greater.

Your eyes meet his and, for a second, you forgot everything and time stopped. But your feelings overflow again and you start crying again.
