It was one of those days where your school decided to plan a field trip for your year. Usually when this happens, you don't really care much, but every time you always have a slight pang excitement. However, your friends were going crazy. They were way more thrilled than you.
Okay nevermind, scratch 'excited', you are not happy anymore, I mean, not like you were in the first place. Your little excitement dropped when it was announced that it was going to be a beach trip. You absolutely despise going in the water/ swimming. Well because you can't swim, but also you don't find it fun going in the water. Ugh, not your ideal destination for a trip.
Time skip to the day of the trip, the bus stopped and your while class exited the bus. All of them were screaming, prepared, and basically jumping in joy because they apparently love this field trip. You were the only one not thrilled. You don't even know why you came at all. Should've stayed at home.
Not even a second to spare, your classmates had already dipped into the water, laughing, playing, having fun splashing. Even your friends went in without hesitation. You however didn't even bother to bring a swimsuit. You weren't planning on going in. And the field trip is going to last for 3 hours, this sucks. You walked over to the very very side of the shore, excluding yourself from everyone. You just wore some denim shorts that was very short, and a tight shirt. You sat down on the sand, your feet barely touching the warm water. The water temperature was nice, not like you cared. You were watching the birds fly together until you heard faint delicate footsteps behind you.
"Looking at you alone here, not even in the water, is depressing." A calm, soft, yet annoying tone of voice that was so familiar to you spoke. Of course, Seungmin, your enemy who had a neutral-annoyed face. He had his arms crossed behind you. He had shorts and a plain white t-shirt, I guess he's not swimming too. Wow, you really aren't the only one not interested.
