Apparently a war has broken out on an unknown planet some days ago. The planet is now completely destroyed, leaving nothing but dust to walk on. The Astral Express members walk with dry sand crunching beneath their feet, the smell of burning fire and gunpowder still lingering in the air, as if they were still fighting.
A planet that was apparently so lively and healthy before, was now just an emblem of pain and suffering. Pure, dead silence. Everyone decided to look around a bit, trying to figure out what exactly happened that the people brought their own home planet to this state.
The group decides to separate to look for items, perhaps people- the planet was definitely not fully abandoned nor dead..yet. Dan Heng enters a half demolished building, the rays of harsh sunshine shining through the cracks and holes in the wall. Exploring the building alone, his movements were quiet and calculated as he rummaged through what was left.
Dan Heng suddenly turns around as he registers a rustle behind him, indicating that he is not the only one here. He slowly walked towards the old office table, where the sound came from. Taking in a sharp breath, he looked beneath, his heart sinking as he saw a living being slouched there, holding a rusty, sharp metal, a makeshift weapon, to their chest like their life matters on it.
"Hey, it's okay...No need for violence." He spoke gently, swallowing dryly the lump in his throat before lifting his hands up into the air to show that he is harmless. The Vidyadhara felt a sharp stab of unspoken emotions deep inside his chest, one that tugged on the strings of his heart. They looked so terrified, it reminded him of something- of his own past. Past where his self was forced out of its home planet too. "I- I am not going to hurt you, alright?" He added, studying their body language and expressions as if they were an open book.
