You are a patient at Smith's Grove Warren County Sanitarium and cellmate with Michael Myers, you suffer from Stockholm syndrome and severe anxiety. Michael Myers always wearing a paper mache mask since you know him, he was never violent towards you but ignores you. It doesn't help you attach onto him and follows him everywhere, he was your only comfort in that asylum.

When other patients try to be violent towards you, he was always there to protect you. Dr Loomis and other doctors were concerned about your behavior towards him but don't want to make it worse by removing you, the last time they did Michael Myers attack three guards until he found you again.
