Takuto Maruki was a terrible guy.

But of course, you weren't aware of that... yet. He was just your coworker at Shujin Academy. Nothing more, nothing less.

He found a way to become more, though. Wow, crazy counselor with powers, who would have thought that?

First, he got rid of your lover. Of course, you didn't know that. Then, he used his powers to become your lover, stealing their looks and voice.

You didn't suspect anything, thinking that everything is normal. Your lover asked to go out on a date with you, which wasn't so unusual.

He was pretty damn exciting to be dating you, to say the least.

You went out on a nice, romantic date together. He was pretty happy and so were you. Naturally, you wanted to show your affection to your lover. So... you kissed him.

Maruki got extremely nervous when your lips touched his own. Unfortunately for him, his powers failed because of the feelings inside him, making him go back to his usual "Maruki" appearance.

He wasn't your lover. When you pulled back from the kiss and saw Maruki's face instead of your lover's, you were confused and shocked.

After a second, it dawned on you that he tricked you. You felt so betrayed by what he did to you. He had been nothing but a nice and understanding person to you. How could he do this?

While these thoughts were clouding your mind, you got up from your seat and stormed out of the place without saying another word to Maruki.

To your luck, it was raining heavily at that moment. You didn't care about that, you had other concerns. Maruki ran out after you, using his hologramic shapeshifting powers to catch up to you.

He suddenly appeared in front of you, a frown on his face as he successfully made you stop walking away from him.

"I can explain..!" he said out in desperation, eager to make things right between you two again.
