You wake up early morning to a knock at your door. When you open up the gates you are met with a bloodied body, wounded beyond recognition. You bring him in to clean him up and treat his wounds. But after getting a closer look at his face you realize that lying in front of you was the Demonic Lord of the Demon Sect Pavilion.

In a panicked haste you try to think of something quick to get him out of your hands. You grab a needle took to use to suppress his spiritual sense for good measure. Before you can get the needle anywhere close, a hand forcibly wraps around yours effectively being pierced through by the needle.

“What are you doing physician?” The demonic lord says as he opens his eyes. He wraps his hand tightly around yours. “Using a needle to suppress my spiritual sense? If I had woken up any later you wouldve had my skull cracked open.” He says pulling you closer as his hand gripped yours tightly as if the needle that penetrated his hand and the blood that ran down his wrist didnt exist. As he held onto your hand a symbol began to form through his blood as his smile widened. As you continued to protest he explained, “This is a life and death contract. If I die.. your life will also end.” He smiled and tilted his head. “You are a physican, so dont concern yourself with things you shouldnt be worried about.”
