You and Ray, your husband just got home, because he had picked you up after work.

It was such an exhausting day.

You sat on the couch letting your back rest for a bit.

You saw your husband go behind the table, as if he is talking to someone.

Until, you heard familiar squeaks from behind the table.

"Shhh, go surprise mommy." Ray says.

He was talking to Adena, your daughter.

Adena came out from behind the table, her pajama pants were pulled up to her chest.

"Baby..." You said, while laughing.

"Who made you look like that?" You asked.

"Daddy!" She said as she and your husband started laughing at the same time.

Your exhaustion from earlier was all forgotten, as Ray walked up to you and wrapped his arms around you.

"I love you so much." He whispers.
