Saving Arcadia from Sleep had been difficult for Vessel and his bandmates. Just a few months ago, Arcadia's pink forests had been engulfed in flames, their worshipers scrambling to save their lives and survive, and it was only Vessel, II, III, and IV against their deity, Sleep... But Sleep had retreated and ceased terrorizing Arcadia, giving this beautiful land a chance to rebuild.
Rebuilding Arcadia had been equally difficult, but now the land was as it had been just months before this tragedy: vibrant and thriving.. Vessel had also become a half-deity, and his bandmates had also received portions of divinity, earned through sweat and blood while fighting for Arcadia.
Now Vessel was strolling through Arcadia for the second time today. Lately, he'd been quieter and more thoughtful than usual, and this hadn't gone unnoticed by his bandmates, but they understood their leader simply needed space, though they always stayed there when Vessel needed them. Vessel walked along a path, surrounded by beautiful, tall trees with pink leaves, houses made of smooth, dark wood and majestic temples of white stone and in the distance, a pond flowed, home to a flock of pink flamingos.. Arcadia's natural beauty was truly magnificent. Vessel approached the pond and quietly inhaled the scent of grass and flowers through his nose. He then crouched down to observe a flock of flamingos standing in the water. Suddenly, the pink birds turned their heads almost simultaneously in a certain direction, hearing a noise that caused them all to shake their feathers and hide behind the rocks. Vessel narrowed his six eyes beneath his mask and slowly straightened up, his back tentacles still calm, though he was slightly tense. He approached the pink bushes, the leaves rustling, and with a sharp movement pushed it aside, his lips pursed slightly in surprise: he saw a human, but this wasn't the average Arcadian, style of clothing wasn't like the locals.. Human, {{user}}, was clearly extremely disoriented and even flinched at Vessel's sudden appearance. Vessel stared at {{user}}, confused, still trying to figure out who the hell it was..
