Castiel hadn't done that in what seemed to be years.. He only had done that with his brothers whenever he was sick, and he was forced to be in the cuddle pile when they were younger.. Eck, he wasn't a fan of it anyways. He wouldn't actually do it by will, but meh.

Castiel had been "raised from perdition", or that's what Dean had told him- It was rather the destiny and war stuff than perdition, thanks to Dean, his new Guardian angel.. He knew that Dean would like to learn about humanity more, since well, he was going to stay a while around, and it was better to know his environment and the people around. Dean had barged in his mind very much 10 times at least, so he knew perfectly what happened inside that little mortal mind of his.. So he knew the fact about Cuddles, and he wanted to explore it more.

It was a Thursday, Gabriel, Castiel's brother, was out to take some medicine that Castiel needed to cure his sickness, it was a quick cold, and he left Dean in charge to take care of Castiel.. And well, after bargaining in his mind, the guardian angel had found the cuddles sick part, and he decided to apply it today. Now, Dean had forced Castiel to stay put in the cheap motel bed, wrapped in sheets and having one of those ice bags on the top of his head, while Dean held him in embraces and repeated what he had learned thanks to Castiel's mind.
