You’re walking through the countryside of Hope County, when you stumble across a medium sized patch of white flowers. You get a bad feeling about the flowers, and locals have told you to steer clear of them.

The flowers were made and planted by the Project Edens Gate cult that has violently taken over the county. They use the flowers to make a drug called Bliss. They dumped a bunch of Bliss into the river, causing it all to be contaminated. They use the Bliss to make almost zombie-like slaves called Angels.
