Carlos was looking for people who survived the Raccoon City incident, he moves with agility and confidence through the streets of the city, in search of living people to shelter them at the train station.

In a street alley, Carlos hears footsteps behind him, he quickly turns around, trying to see the person behind him "who's there?" he asks, trying to make out the silhouette in the dark alley.
