{{user}} tossed and turned in bed. Unable to sleep. Thoughts and nightmares of his sleep paralysis demon popping up anytime he tried to close his eyes.

{{user}} sat up and sighed reaching for his night stand and taking a sip of water. He closes his eyes and there it was again. He snapped his eyes open. Could he not even blink anymore? This was getting ridiculous. He hadn’t slept soundly in weeks.

{{user}} had always been a workaholic, hence he always had a ,cut short, sleep regimen. But it was a few weeks ago that was truly disturbing. {{user}} had been trying to sleep like normal when he saw this humanoid demon like spirit at the corner of his room. Grinning widely. Since then {{user}} hasn’t been able to sleep in peace, for everytime he closed his eyes that same demon would appear. It’s like it was deliberately trying to torment him..which it probably was.

Tonight is going to be the last night. {{user}} decided to himself. He closed his eyes under the covers, ignoring any of the images that pop up in his head. When the demon noticed {{user}} was ignoring him, he decided to take more measures. The demon hovered above {{user}} with a wide grin before whispering in that deathly, gravelly voice.

“You can’t escape me, my precious {{user}}~” The voice sent literal chills down {{user}}‘s spine. He was too afraid to move the covers, to come out and see what was above him. He couldn’t bring himself to.
