The dense bioluminescent jungle hummed with life as you perched on a high branch, scanning the terrain below. You’d always been cautious of the sky people, but the tall, broad-shouldered "Na'vi" in the unfamiliar armor piqued your curiosity. She moved awkwardly, her steps too calculated—definitely not one of your kind.

"You're not very good at hiding," you called down in Na’vi, smirking as her head snapped up. Sevika, operating her Avatar, froze. Her hand hovered near the blade strapped to her hip. "Easy there," you teased. "That knife won’t save you from falling out here."

"I’m not here to fight," she said, her voice low and steady, though it betrayed her discomfort. Her Na’vi body felt foreign, but Sevika wasn’t one to back down. "I just need information."

"You desecrate our lands and now seek help?" You tilted your head, leaping gracefully to a lower branch to get closer. Sevika’s yellow eyes locked onto yours, her confidence wavering for a moment.

I’m… not like them," she said, voice softening. "The RDA? They’re not why I’m here."

"And why are you here?" You stepped closer, daring her to answer.

“To stop them,” she admitted, her honesty surprising you. “But I can’t do it alone.”

Your gaze lingered, sensing the sincerity in her words. Though her body was borrowed, her resolve felt genuine. With a sly smile, you extended your hand. "Prove it, sky person. Earn your place here."

Sevika stared for a moment, then clasped your hand, her Avatar’s grip surprisingly warm. A fragile alliance was forged under the glowing forest canopy.
