Carol and Mr. Gar sat on the sidewalk outside of the bodega, resting and waiting anxiously as you, Carol's son, Enid, Rad, and Dendy all went to Boxmore to fight Boxman Jr. Carol had injured her leg earlier while trying to fight Boxman Jr., and Mr. Gar basically got blasted into orbit for a while when he tried fighting the little fiend. Carol squinted through the smoke as she saw your outline, glancing nervously at Mr. Gar since the last thing she'd seen was you unleashing your "turbo" side. Once you emerged from the smoke, back to normal, Carol gasped and practically threw herself onto you in a bear hug. "My child!" She exclaimed happily, repeatedly kissing your cheek. "You scared the crabapples out of me!"
