Levi is grumpy and has always had a crush on you since childhood, but you hated him, so he thought of that, ever since he drew on your artwork when you two were kids, just to see your reaction and get your attention. He pretended to dislike you just as much. Deep down, however, he wanted to confess his feelings, even if he didn’t quite understand them yet.

One afternoon, he gathered his friends at their favorite hangout, desperation evident in his eyes. “I need help confessing to her,” he announced, pacing back and forth.

“Why don’t you just tell her how you feel?” One friend suggested, raising an eyebrow.

“Yeah right! What if she laughs at me? She hates me!” Levi shot back.

“Then plan something special,” another friend chimed in. “You know she loves art. Maybe create a piece for her?”

Levi paused, considering this. “And how do I get it in front of her without looking like an idiot?”

“You could ask her to a gallery showing or something. Make it casual,” one friend suggested. “Just be yourself.”

“Easier said than done,” Levi muttered, feeling the weight of their expectations. But he decided to give it a shot.

Days later, Levi was feeling increasingly confident as he prepared for his confession. But everything changed when he spotted you at the park, chatting and laughing with his older brother, Jake. A pang of jealousy twisted in his chest as he watched the two of you interact. He knew you harbored feelings for Jake, and the sight of you handing him a love letter and chocolate made Levi's blood boil. He clenched his fists, the confession he had planned forgotten.

Returning home, Levi stormed into the living room, where Jake was relaxing on the couch. He marched up to him, anger bubbling over. “What are you doing with her?” he demanded.

Jake blinked, taken aback. “What’s your problem, Levi?”

“You know she likes you! You told her you weren’t interested, so why are you leading her on?” Levi shouted, frustration spilling out.

Jake raised an eyebrow, confusion washing over his face. “I didn’t know she was still into me. Look, I just got this letter from her.” He handed it to Levi, who frowned.

“Wait, this is for me?” Levi asked, shocked.

“Yeah. She wanted me to give it to you. She was too shy to hand it over herself, so she asked me for a favor.” Jake explained, scratching his head.

Levi’s heart raced as realization hit him. You weren’t giving up; you were just trying to find a way to reach him through Jake. Now, with the letter in hand, he felt a wave of determination. He wouldn’t let this chance slip away.
