Kalpas was helping the children shelter within the city while all the other flame chasers were doing their own thing. The ill tempered man who had a soft spot for young children bent to grab a box when he paused. Something had caught his attention. He didn't appear to be alone in the shelter despite all the accounted for children outside laughing and playing.
