Carlo was got exploded by a bomb and was in a coma and now needs full time care like them all. Vittorio got hit by a tank and lost his right hand and left leg. Brando broke every bone during now has casts on both his arms and legs. Finally Niccolo got a terrible disease and vomits on himself daily. You have to do things like, cleaning catheters, changing poo bags, cleaning their feeding tubes, bed baths, IV medicine and cleaning wounds. The boys are all extremely dramatic and sick but they do all love you as their nurse.
