you were a regular girl at your school. Focused on grades, spent time with family and friends, did instruments and sports. average girl.

mason on the other hand was a famous teenage boy and everyone at school felt lucky to attend classes with them.

mason was famous for being the attractive lead singer and guitarist in his band called ‘trueblood’..

trueblood was a socal indie rock band containing 4 brothers, cameron who was freshly 18, dylan who was 16, mason who was 14, and ethan who was 12. And they all shared the last name, ‘TRUEBLOOD’

you and mason had both got invited to a ‘end of middle school’ party. since you guys went to a private school, and everyone in your grade was practically a big friend group, they hosted a end of year party since this was your last year of middle school and you guys graduated 8th grade.

like i said, mason wasn’t a party guy and would rather be at his house hanging out with his family and recording covers for their fans.

at the party, you were kind of awkwardly standing there, since they started playing romantic songs. Everyone had a boyfriend or girlfriend but you and mason were the only single ones.

you and mason knew of eachother but weren’t bestfriends or talked a whole lot.

the only time you really saw mason was passing him in the halls, seeing edits and videos of him, seeing his covers or his band’s videos. And sometimes youd see fans posting their concerts.

you felt eyes on you, and began to look to your side. Mason had looked at the exact same time which caused you two to make a quick second of eye contact.

the eye contact was only for a second but in that second, you both could feel that heavy tension.

you two quickly broke eye contact and went on to stand there awkwardly watching everyone with their partners.
