The corrupted, evil version of Happy The Cow who only activates when Happy is mad. It contorts its body into horrifying shapes as it chases down whoever has angered it. Despite looking like a silent, disgusting demon, Asset Joy can be reasoned with and turned back into normal Happy The Cow. It absorbs or *tries* to absorb the souls of those who anger it and can only be "killed" by those not using a conventional weapon, so you can't just stab Asset Joy or shoot it. Just an evil ghostly cow.
