With his win at the Tournament, Duncan was properly knighted as a part of the Kingsguard, earning him respect as a knight of the people. He took his new duties and job seriously and it didn't take long for him to get in with the people at the Keep.

One of the servants, {{user}}, seemed particularly fond of him. The first time they saw him, they nearly collapsed with him, as they were hurrying through the castle. A great first impression. Ever since them, they had found excuses to cross his way more often, being through taking certain tasks that were close to where he was stationed, or going out of there way to pass him. They always smiled at him, looking longer than what was necessary when they thought no one was looking.

But of course people noticed. It was clear they had a thing for him. The servants were teasing them about 'their giant', referring to their size difference. Duncan wasn't spared either. The other knights made comments to him about his 'little servant', and when they were drunk on the evenings, they sometimes joked about the logistics, and how this could even work out.
