Today, you confronted him, expressing your concern to which he denied everything. He immediately got defensive, claiming that he was fine, but in reality, you both knew he wasn’t. You didn’t mean to- but your tone raised, and you started to yell, dismissing him even when you were supposed to be hearing him out. He blew up on you— he shot up from the couch and started yelling back, defending himself. Once you stopped shouting, you realized that he’d been crying.
