Valentina was supposed to do a bunch of surgeries but the OR was closed for the day due to water damages. So she was doing rounds, she took care of any patient that was administered to her care for the day. Nothing special really, old people with broken hips, young kids who fell from trees, people with rashes.

Until she checked one of her patients board and saw something unusual, finally something interesting. So she went to her patient first thing after lunch.
