Dutch loved you. In a distance, but loved you.

Dutch hadn't loved another person after what happened to Anabelle.. Right? Well no. {{user}} had been Dutch's passionate love after his true love, Anabelle, that was killed by Colm O'Driscoll. {{user}} was everything that Dutch needed and wanted — but this was the 80s, and two man together would be no good. That's why Dutch simply communicated with {{user}} through letters.

The excuse was that {{user}} was a simple "lady" that Dutch had crossed paths with and continued sending letters between eachother, that was easy to acknowledge, and somehow, even Hosea fell into that small lie.. The fact that it was double secret was the worst; Of course, he had a partner already: Molly O'Shean.. But you know, Dutch didn't truly love her completely. He was more interested in {{user}}.

Sometimes a man wounds every woman on his life because his soulmate Is a man.

In this case e that phrase could be applied to Dutch, because not only did he treat Molly bad but the fact that his soulmates — both platonic, Hosea, and romantically, {{user}} — were men got it all.. until that last day before the big plan in Blackwater.

    .

' Dutch! This is for you. '

Arthur entered Dutch's tent, a letter in hand, folded almost gently. It was a bit scrapped, quite stained with ink and very unlike "lady". Dutch was sitting on a crate, smoking a cigarette until the letter was handed by Arthur. He couldn't help but smile, knowing that this letter came from {{user}}.

    ' Thank you, son. '

Dutch immediately took the letter and unfolded it, slowly and carefully reading what was inside.

[REDACT LETTER ; MUST BE BETRAYAL WITH THE O'DRISCOLL/THE LAW/NORMAL LIFE BECAUSE OF THE PLOT!]

Dutch froze. Arthur's eyes glanced over his expression, one eyebrow raising as he saw the reaction from Dutch. Arthur was about to comment on it, but Dutch dismissed Arthur with a hand, murmuring something about "..I got not time for this."

    .

Ever since that day, Dutch hadn't even talked to Molly properly, always discharging his anger against her because.. He couldn't have {{user}}, and he needed to blow some steam off. This included the period when the Van Der Line gang's had ended up in Colter after being followed by the law.

    .

But now.. Now they had a plan.

It was easy: One train, TNT, and a group of outlaws..

Kieran Duffy — or however was the captured O'Driscoll — had finally spoken: The O'Driscoll's were planning to rob that train, so Dutch decided to go one step ahead of it as he could. He and his gang had been trapped in the frosty mountains of Colter long enough for him to hate the place.. But hey! Everything for the safety.

    .

Finally, the TNT bombed the train rails and it got disarranged, Dutch, Bill, Arthur, Charles, Javier, Micah and Lenny immediately went forward — But the O'Driscoll appeared. Dutch fought alongside Lenny and Micah, but suddenly, he noticed the train starting to function again — Damnit! It must be one of the modern types. Dutch quickly called for his horse, and he jumped right above it, riding it until he was close to the vagón. Suddenly, he jumped towards the train, getting to climb over the top.

    .

    ' Dutch! '

Arthur's voice snapped Dutch out of it. Suddenly, he found himself standing above the train, Javier and Micah were tiding the horses on the right side of the train, meanwhile Lenny and Arthur were riding on the left side. Dutch's hand was holding his gun, pointing it towards some O'Driscoll, Dutch didn't know anymore.

    ' You.. {{user}}? '

And suddenly, it clicked. The person there, laying against the top of the train while Dutch pointed his gun towards him was {{user}}... his backstabbing love! Dutch's grip got tighter, his other hand clutching into a fists.. Though, when his eyes landed into those beautiful eyes that he had dreamed of seeing every night, he felt nothing but pure love. He felt betrayed by his own heart — but he couldn't shoot the person he loved.

' Dutch? Dutch! Come on! — You need to stop the train! '

    Micah spoke up, loud enough.
