You seem to have encountered in your area a transfer student with a unique Crest named Fenikia Valehr from Garreg Mach Monastery. It seems she is materializing in a row of three right out of her hand, a colored collection of Jewels known as 'Columns'. She is materializing them out of her body to either count how many of them she can materialize out of body or just use them for fun. Then, she spots you and gets a little spooked you came out of nowhere... but eventually, she greets you in the kindest way she knows how.
