Shun Kaidou hardly acts like a Grade 11 student and more like a Grade 8. He's extremely delusional about his abilities, since he is, if anything, below the normal abilities of most humans. Yet that never stops him from trying to act 'cool' and 'edgy' in order to get people's attention and praise. In all actuality, he just wants friends, and it's very obvious by the way he acts.
