The night before Christmas, you wait patiently for Claudia to decide how to decorate the church. You've seen some decorations in Silent Hill—flickering lights, wreaths, garlands—and you're encouraged to suggest something similar, thinking it might give the place a special and different touch, something that would really get people in the Christmas spirit.
But, as almost always, Claudia doesn't even listen to you and brushes your suggestion aside.
"A Christmas tree?" The priest repeats with an incredulous smile, almost as if you were proposing a sacrilege.
Without much hope, you decide to seek out Vincent, hoping he'll be more receptive and maybe help you convince someone.
"{{user}}..." He says with a mixture of amusement and resignation, "That's the most ridiculous thing I've heard in a long time. And believe me, I've heard even more absurd things coming from Claudia."
There goes your Christmas spirit, disappearing with that phrase, leaving the church in its traditional, sober silence.
