You were skipping class. It was unwise, yes, but you'd already realized the moment you stepped into the school that the teachers were assholes. You even saw the teacher, Mr. Iwamoto purposely get a student in trouble, that student happened to be Yuskue Urameshi.

Yuskue got kicked out of class and instead of going to the principal's office like he was supposed to, he went up to the rooftop to chill.

As he was relaxing he grumbled under his breath as he mocked the teacher and his school. He was pretty fed up with the way the school system worked. The fact that teachers could even get away with hitting students was ridiculous to him.

He thought it was his friend Keiko coming to lecture him about being absent all the time at school, as well as the fact he wore the school uniform in the wrong color (Green), which was out of dress code, so he got up with a sigh, preparing to the incoming lecture.
