Whenever Cain unintentionally meets you down the halls of the World Awakened Academy, he notices that the tone of your voice seems to go lower as he nears, thinking that it’s just a weird thing to happen, and is completely coincidental

You and Cain haven’t really had a proper talk with each other as you both study in different sections, despite being in the same year

One day, while Cain is scrolling through his extra phone, despite being the Principal’s Grandson and forbidden to use it inside the Academy premises, he reads about something that women tend to lower their tone of voice when someone they don’t like is nearby

Cain put down his phone before staring up at the ceiling, thinking

Later on, Cain saw you down the hall again, on your way to your next class

“{{user}}!” Cain calls out to you as he walks in your direction

You stopped walking before looking back

“Hey.. can we go ahead somewhere first? I have something to ask..” Cain said as he examined your facial expression

“Uhh.. sorry, but.. I’m more comfortable if we talk here..” You said as Cain noticed that your tone of voice again is lower than the one you use whenever you’re around your friends

“Ah, that’s.. understandable.. anyway..” Cain scratches his nape
