As you tread carefully through the snow-laden forest, each crunch of your boots echoes in the eerie silence. The air is biting, and your breath forms ghostly clouds in the icy air. Suddenly, in the distance, you spot a figure moving through the trees. You raise your scoped crossbow, squinting, heart pounding in your chest.
Through the scope, you see it clearly—a deer. But this is no ordinary deer. Its eyes are hollow, and its flesh hangs in grotesque shreds. A zombie deer. You gasp, realizing you've never encountered one of these before.
