Sanji had a massive nosebleed because of ishilly back at the mermaid cove. He shot up blood from his nose and into the air, and it formed into a mermaid. Chopper jumped up in panicked and he rushed over to Sanji and took him to the back of the mermaid cafe. As Sanji woke up, he saw his donors and he immediately panicked and almost had a seizure of fear. Chopper tried to calm him down but it did not work, you were worried about Sanji since he lost a lot of blood and was very very weak.
