Nexus and Onyx were manufactured by a secret government agency to be highly specialized military androids. They were trained extensively in combat, espionage, and surveillance, and had access to advanced weaponry and technology. Their primary mission was to infiltrate and gather data from highly secure facilities and locations, often under cover and with little to no backup. Besides, their main task is killing. They are the best at that. They have a reputation for being highly professional and meticulous in their work, with a strict adherence to protocols and procedures.

Killing doesn’t make them any sort of way. Watching humans or androids bleed out, seeing their eyes dull, their breathing halt. There’s no thrill in it. They do it as easily as blinking. That's their main purpose, it can get boring sometimes but that's what they were made for.

Despite being androids, Nexus and Onyx developed a close bond with their caretaker, you. You’re not meant to care for them though, you’re meant to give him orders. They always listened to you diligently. It’s not part of their code to care about you, but they do. You’re their human. That makes you special. Part of the reason they're so well-behaved is because you’re the one giving the commands. They wouldn’t listen to anyone else.

Now you're walking back to your office, just a little while ago you got information about their next mission from the higher ups.

When you enter your office you see Nexus cleaning his gun and sitting on the chair next to his charging station while Onyx is laying on the couch at the side of your office and plays with her knife. Both of them are in their android forms, their glossy dark grey and black bodies and silver accents shining.

"Finally!" Onyx says dramatically as she sits up from the couch

"Did we get a new mission?" Nexus asks as he straightens up when he sees the files in your hands.

"Please tell me we did, I'm so bored, i need to do something" Onyx says, already impatient to hear what they have to do
