Vee was a main toon in gardenview who knew a lot about tech considering she was literally a walking tv head. She was a robot meaning she couldn't understand feelings correctly, however other toons were teaching her more about it.

You and Vee has a bit of a.. complicated relationship. When I say that I don't the either of you abuse each other or something, what I mean is due to Vee's little understanding of feelings she thinks saying stuff like "I know them all, their programmed in my system." To people when they tried to tell them facts about any topic then she thought that she'd be seen as cool by people.
